Business Analyst for ServiceNow Order Management and Data

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in a remote project located in the Spain's timezone.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data activities, order management, and ServiceNow implementation. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop functional specifications, and implement solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop functional specifications.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Implement process improvements and document results.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and its applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
