Job Description

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our AS/400 system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintenance of the AS/400 system, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the system, including performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Document and communicate technical information to stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in systems analysis and support, preferably with IBM AS/400 (COBOL, RPG III, RPGILE, SQLILE, CLLE).
  • Mandatory skills: COBOL programming, RPG programming, DB2 databases, CL commands, and communication protocols specific to AS400.
  • Familiarity with system architecture diagrams, interfaces, and dependencies.
  • Understanding of business processes and application purposes.
