Job Title: Quality Assurance Test Lead

This is a leadership role for a quality assurance test lead who will be responsible for leading the quality assurance function for a core banking implementation program.

The successful candidate will define and execute quality assurance strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with the bank's digital transformation goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting for FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations.

  • Define test strategies for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.

  • Manage QA teams and coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendors.

  • Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and defect tracking.

  • Oversee defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.

  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks where applicable.

Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Functional Architecture of the core system of the bank.

  • Experience in managing implementation of digital core.
