Diligent Test Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a diligent Test Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile apps, web platform, backend systems, and machine learning–powered features.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience with strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle.
Achievements include:
- Performing manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile apps (iOS & Android), web apps, and backend APIs.
- Testing new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience.
- Creating, maintaining, and executing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth feature rollouts.
- Reproducing and investigating reported issues, working with the dev team for resolutions.
- Maintaining test documentation and tracking quality metrics.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of QA experience (manual testing across mobile, web, and backend).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Postman, or similar.
- Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database queries is a plus.
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying edge cases.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
