About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Identity Management Engineer to manage our IAM services and oversee the maintenance and operations of IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our organization's digital assets, systems, and data access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the engineering, managing and troubleshoot the daily setup, configuration and operations of our identity management software and systems, providing overall management and support of the environment and end users.
  • Maintains and liaison with equipment manufacturers' and other vendors' support teams to ensure satisfactory support levels and resolution of issues.
  • Utilize your knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, and privileged access management, to provide the company's highest level of service and operational functionality.
  • Manage the ongoing support and configuration of all elements of the company's Active Directory, SAML and MFA environments.
  • Collaborate with other technical support staff in maintaining efficient operation of Companies identity and access management systems and processes.
  • Implements and maintains data network devices to provide for the 24x7x365 availability of the technology environment.
  • Mentor more junior engineers and support personnel.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills in English.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Senior Identity Management Engineer who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Microsoft Active Directory / MFA, SAML, Okta, and Ping Identity.
  • Professional understanding or enterprise technologies integrating / augmenting IAM technologies e.g. ERP/ Active Directory/ O365/ Cloud etc.
  • Strong service management and operations capability to analyze, corelate and identify service needs and gaps.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, access controls, identity life cycle and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 based on location and experience.
