Key Responsibilities:

Manage the setup, configuration, and operations of identity management software and systems to ensure a secure and efficient operational environment.

Key Skills:

* Strong knowledge of IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Microsoft Active Directory / MFA, SAML, Okta, and Ping Identity.

* Excellent service management and operations capability to analyze, corelate and identify service needs and gaps.

* Understanding of security principles, access controls, identity life cycle and regulatory compliance.

* Strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.

* Relevant certifications, such as CIMP, PICP, OCP, MCIAAA or relevant experience of 2-5 years.

We are seeking a skilled Identity Access Management Engineer (IAM) to manage our IAM services and oversee the maintenance and operations of IAM solutions, particularly with expertise in SailPoint, Microsoft, Okta, or Ping Identity.

If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for IAM and have experience with SailPoint, Okta, or Ping Identity, we encourage you to apply for this Identity Access Engineer position.

During a Typical Day:

* Maintains and liaison with equipment manufacturers' and other vendors' support teams to ensure satisfactory support levels and resolution of issues.

* Utilize your knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, and privileged access management, to provide the company's highest level of service and operational functionality.

* Manage the ongoing support and configuration of all elements of the company's Active Directory, SAML and MFA environments.

* Collaborate with other technical support staff in maintaining efficient operation of Companies identity and access management systems and processes.

* Implements and maintains data network devices to provide for the 24x7x365 availability of the technology environment.

* Exceptional documentation and communication skills in English.

What You Bring to the Role:

* Knowledge of enterprise technologies integrating / augmenting IAM technologies e.g. ERP/ Active Directory/ O365/ Cloud etc.

* Understanding or enterprise technologies integrating / augmenting IAM technologies e.g. ERP/ Active Directory/ O365/ Cloud etc.

* Strong service management and operations capability to analyze, corelate and identify service needs and gaps.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with on-prem and cloud solutions.

* Relevant certifications, such as CIMP, PICP, OCP, MCIAAA or relevant experience of 2-5 years.
