Store Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Store Operations Manager. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of all inward and outward materials, supervising unloading, receipt, stacking, and proper storage of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward materials
  • Supervise the receipt, stacking, and storage of materials
  • Issue materials to production as per requirement and maintain proper documentation
  • Perform regular stock verification, cycle counts, and reconcile physical stock with the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely availability and movement of materials
  • Maintain inventory levels as per minimum and maximum stock norms
  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and identification of stored items
  • Handle scrap and rejected materials according to company policy
  • Use ERP software for inventory tracking and generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of store operations and inventory management practices
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
