Executive Search Coordinator Role

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting senior hiring efforts. As an Executive Search Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our candidates receive exceptional support and care throughout the recruitment process.

Your key responsibilities will include managing candidates through the hiring process, coordinating interview availability, preparing candidate briefing documents, and arranging follow-up meetings.

You will also manage and maintain a database of top target candidates, partner with Marketing Directors to ensure recruiting presentations are up-to-date, and produce regular activity reports and analyze key trend data.

To excel in this role, you will require strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A degree and 2-5 years of relevant professional experience are highly desirable.
