Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end projects in OTT media operations and multi-language localization across web mobile products. You will lead cross-functional teams and oversee performance metrics for key accounts, ensuring timely high-quality releases across regions and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a deep understanding of the media operations value chain, digital fulfillment, S P, localization, and driving error-free output delivery.
  • Leading and mentoring teams for subtitling, captioning, translation, and dubbing to deliver high-quality results.
  • Managing key domestic international accounts with accountability for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Designing and implementing end-to-end localization workflows across languages, regions, and platforms for OTT releases.
  • Monitoring multi-project delivery timelines, quality metrics, and resource utilization, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinating with external vendors for localization, subtitling, and ensuring seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 12 years leading operational teams in broadcast pre-post-production, localization, or video services.
  • 7 years in media operations or localization project management with proven workflow ownership.
  • Strong understanding of the M E ecosystem, broadcasters, studios, aggregators, OTT products.
  • Expertise in localization workflow design, vendor coordination, QA, and integrating AI machine translation.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring high-performing teams, excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
