  • Client communication, onboarding, and follow-ups
  • Prospecting potential clients, supporting outreach, and maintaining sales pipeline data
  • Assisting in client meetings, presentations, and proposal creation
  • Managing follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversions
  • Supporting marketing activities (events, partnerships, workshops)
  • Coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution
  • Tracking deliverables and updating reports/MIS regularly
  • Conducting market and competitor research to support business strategy
  • Handling operational documentation, contracts, and vendor coordination
  • Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and motivated to learn client management
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good multitasking and timeline management skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
