Job Description

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating empathetic product experiences through pragmatic storytelling, detailed flow mapping, interactive prototyping, and usability testing.

You will conceptualize, communicate, and pitch your ideas frequently in front of peers across product, business, tech, and marketing.

We expect you to bring fresh approaches, insights, and convey what's best for the user to interact with a seamless product using best UX practices and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create quick sketches, comprehensive wireframes, rich visuals, and interactive prototypes to deliver finished design deliverables.
  • Partner with Product Team to ideate on product direction and translate user stories into UX solutions.
  • Collaborate with product leadership, development managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to help define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, experience, and visuals.
  • Document the user experience through mockups, design specs, and prototype demos.
  • Create and communicate design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.
  • Execute UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Drive design quality, usability, and accessibility standards.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, or a related field of study.
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 code & basic development practices.
Experience

7+ years of professional experience with UX/UI design and highly interactive products and digital interfaces is required. The candidate should also have hands-on experience in working with Design systems.

Knowledge, Ability & Skills

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong portfolio detailing strong interaction, thought process, and UX design skills.
  • Good knowledge in interaction design principles & user-centered design processes.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, and composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation, and transitions.
  • Design thinking, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy for the end-user and provide the best usable solution.
  • Good English writing & speaking skills.
