You are invited to join our organization as a highly skilled professional in Travel Insurance Operations. We seek an individual with a strong background in claims management, product features, regulatory requirements and compliance.

  • We require at least 5-6 years of experience in Travel Insurance operations and claims management, with at least 2-3 years of lead or equivalent experience.
  • A crucial aspect of this role is having expert knowledge of Travel Insurance product features, process, regulatory and compliance requirements, along with the implementation and management of comprehensive Travel insurance operations & claims management processes.
  • Familiarity with International Travel Insurance Medical Claims, terms and systems is essential.
  • Understanding of the International Travel Insurance TPA ecosystem and experience managing TPA models is also necessary.
  • Candidates with startup experience or setting up teams from scratch will be considered advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to make informed decisions swiftly and possess creative problem-solving skills, alongside good judgment and analytical skills, is vital for success in this position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation skills, are expected.
