The Role

Our ideal candidate is a highly driven individual with strong cross-functional and business skills to lead program execution across technology, content production, and third-party platform providers.

This role requires the ability to translate strategic priorities into clear program roadmaps and deliverables, align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and success metrics, and partner with the content production team to communicate priorities and define which content should be built.

Responsibilities
  • Lead program execution by coordinating efforts across technology, content production, and third-party platform providers.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps that outline key objectives, timelines, and deliverables for each program.
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with the content production team to identify priorities and determine which content should be developed.
  • Evaluate content development against customer needs, market trends, and sales pipeline requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities within corporate L&D.
  • Identify and secure pilot customers for new content initiatives.
  • Provide insights from customer pilots and market research to inform product positioning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6-8 years of experience in program management, preferably in corporate learning, edtech, or related industries.
  • Strong background in cross-functional leadership, including experience working with technology, content, and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to launch and grow technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with the US corporate L&D landscape.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect learning initiatives to customer and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
