Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Communication Skills Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Voice & Accent training sessions to enhance the communication skills of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative Voice & Accent training sessions to equip participants with effective communication skills.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvement plans to help them overcome challenges.
  • Content Development: Create and update training materials, modules, and exercises to align with our business requirements and ensure they are relevant and engaging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and managers to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to address gaps in our training programs.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track the effectiveness of our training initiatives and maintain accurate records of sessions conducted.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, which enable you to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Prior Experience in International BPO Environment: You have prior experience working in an international BPO environment, which has equipped you with the necessary knowledge and skills to adapt to our dynamic business landscape.
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred: We prefer immediate joiners who can hit the ground running and make a meaningful contribution to our team.
