Our coaches deliver coaching sessions via video or phone to support members in developing the skills necessary to achieve meaningful change and improve their well-being.

  • Provide structured coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and taking action to address common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our support team and other professionals whenever needed.
  • Deliver culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion for all individuals.
Requirements
  • Hold active credentials with a globally recognized coaching body.
  • Have a minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Be adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
  • Have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support.
  • Be comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Commit to quality care and be willing to expand capabilities and increase effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
