About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  3. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a publishing industry setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
