Job Title: Mobility Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Mobility Operations Expert.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving supply growth and managing on-ground operations across cities, leveraging their analytical skills to identify opportunities and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain healthy supply in cities through strategic planning and execution
  • Conduct customer satisfaction (CSat) and passenger satisfaction (PSat) activities, driver research, and survey activities to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Support cross-functional teams - GTM, marketing, legal, and grievance redressal (GR) teams to drive business results
  • Manage large fleets for acquisitions and retentions, focusing on retention strategies and talent management
  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies to onboard new and active drivers, enhancing our presence in the market
  • Take ownership of different new projects and initiatives to drive brand recognition and improve operational efficiency
  • Identify supply gaps within different areas and establish new channels of acquisition to grow our business

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with proven leadership skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regions
  • Grittiness: ability to roll up sleeves and tackle hands-on challenges
  • Go-getter attitude with ability to solve and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with ability to use data for solving large-scale operational challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment
  • Startup experience is mandatory
