MAUI Android Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MAUI Android expert to lead our mobile application development team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding existing systems, migrating shared codebase, designing and implementing a modern mobile UI/UX layer, problem-solving, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand current applications, including business logic, workflows, and technical constraints.
  • Migrate common codebase while ensuring compatibility with Windows environment.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions during development due to absence of finalized design.
  • Identify migration challenges and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Design and implement modern mobile UI/UX layer that aligns with existing business processes.
  • Tackle complex development and integration challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own quality and functionality of your components.
  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Guide team members in solving technical problems and overcoming development hurdles.
  • Set technical direction and maintain coding best practices within the team.

Requirements:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in software development with proven experience in leading development teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of C# and Android development.
  • Mandatory Multi-Platform App UI expertise.
  • Experience with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (e.g., Azure).
  • Knowledge of migrating desktop applications to mobile platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to overcome technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and architecture specifications.

Working Arrangement:

This is a permanent role working onsite only.
