Job Title: Financial Operations Associate

As a Financial Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with financial planning and advisory services. You will also manage client relationships, conduct market research, prepare financial reports, and support senior financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial plans to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can benefit clients.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Support senior financial advisors by providing administrative assistance and helping with project management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, financial advisory, and investment strategy principles.
  • Market research and financial reporting experience a plus.
