Job Title: Associate - Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.

About the Role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns. Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain financial documentation and support other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the ability to complete financial tasks efficiently and accurately. Contribute to faster financial reporting and reconciliation cycles.
  • Identify areas in accounting operations that can be streamlined or improved and propose practical solutions.
  • Take initiative in financial operations and contribute actively to improving internal processes and controls.
