Role Overview

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Partner Relationship Manager to oversee the development and growth of our strategic partnerships.

  • Manage the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related queries, communications, and escalations, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Ensure timely publication of reports, sharing of partner listings, and fulfillment of time-sensitive requests, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Verify contracts to guarantee compliance with legal, financial, and operational terms before activation, upholding our organization's standards.
  • Conduct quality checks by engaging in phone calls with newly onboarded partners to verify their experience and clarify details, fostering strong relationships.
  • Identify and escalate any inconsistencies or concerns observed during partner calls, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication for audit and quality assurance purposes, ensuring accountability and reliability.
  • Update and maintain the partner database, guaranteeing that all records are current and precise, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Ensure that reward terms and conditions (T&Cs) are accurately recorded and compliant with organizational policies, upholding our commitment to fairness and integrity.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing invoice status, payment history, and outstanding balances, providing valuable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and accounts teams to support reconciliation processes, promoting a collaborative work environment.
