Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst-Digital Adoption Specialist to work with global customers and deliver innovative solutions to improve digital adoption.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring process efficiency to customers.
  • Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using the client Product Ecosystem.
  • Develop standards and guidelines for consistency in deliverables across projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field is mandatory.
  • Relevant experience in software development, solutions, or professional services is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and understanding of systems architecture and security aspects is necessary.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle would be an added advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Excellent spoken English skills.
Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies.
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, CLM applications and frontend development technologies.
