Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled backend developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable back-end services.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and experience with Django and FastAPI frameworks.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient database design, writing optimized queries, and managing migrations.

Candidates must also be able to work closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is required.

Must-have skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of backend development experience with strong Python expertise.
  • Deep proficiency in Django (MVT framework) and working knowledge of FastAPI.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side programming.

Good-to-have skills include familiarity with frontend frameworks like React + Vite and Next.js, exposure to Azure services, and knowledge of performance optimization and monitoring tools.

As a key member of the team, you will participate in client meetings and effectively communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and progress. You will also collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

This role requires a strong grasp of database design principles and optimization, as well as proficiency with GitHub workflows and user authentication, authorization, and session management.

Communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to communicate blockers and solutions clearly across teams and stakeholders.

Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including App Services, Databases, and Storage.
