Award-Winning Academic Counsellor Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Academic Counsellor (Trainee). As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members, gain hands-on experience in academic counselling and sales, and develop your skills in mentorship and education.

  • Mentor and guide students through our school curriculum
  • Support parents and students through one-on-one counselling sessions
  • Convert potential leads into admissions through consultative selling
  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or business development preferred
  • Freshers with 0–3 months of experience welcome
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and mentorship
  • Target-driven and eager to grow in a sales-oriented career
