Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Specialist with 5-7 years of experience who can be a strong team player with proficient communication skills to support the existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Benefits module.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations in addition to having intermediary skills for other HCM modules(Core HR, Goal & Performance, Compensation).

The resource will be working full time on the HR POD , attending daily stand up calls and working to deliver stories within the sprint.

The resource will be working closely with the SME to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with the IEEE framework, UAT support .
