Job Title: Performance Marketer

Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM IST

Location: Remote (India)

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, who can drive real leads and revenue for our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategically launch and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of local SMB segments and customer behavior in North America.
  • Use data-driven approaches to optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies for maximum performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and report on key metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Own campaign performance, hitting lead and sales targets through diligent planning, execution, and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory certification in Google and Meta Ads.
  • Proven experience running successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for optimal performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong English proficiency and ownership of results.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
