Job Overview:

We are seeking an Interior Site Engineer to oversee and execute interior works for high-end construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
  2. Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements
  3. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
  4. Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections
  5. Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications
  6. Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction
  7. Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints
  8. Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
  9. Identify and resolve technical issues on-site proactively
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil)
  2. [2–5] years of relevant experience in Interior execution, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
  3. Strong technical knowledge of Interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards
  4. Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management
  5. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools
  6. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  7. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer with a minimum of [2-5] years of experience in luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
  • Excellent understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements
  • Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
