Job Description

  This role plays a pivotal part in leading the deployment of ManEx across departments, aligning with site objectives and priorities. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance performance governance, focusing on developing teams through effective training and development programs.

  Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the implementation of the site master plan for Malt plant, HBS, and IMFL packaging hall.
  • Set objectives and priorities as part of the site leadership team, leading change management processes for the department.
  • Maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating all departments to work together in ManEx deployment.
  • Lead and support departments in implementing MMS practices to meet their broad plans.
  • Coach managers to develop teams at all levels to produce performance results through the ManEx practices.


  Required Skills & Qualifications

  You will be expected to possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the capacity to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Additionally, you should have experience in process improvement and operational excellence, with knowledge of quality management systems. A proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale change initiatives is also desirable.
