The Analyst plays a vital role within our team, responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions, events or data. This involves complex tasks that require interaction with internal and external parties, often under time pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions within own area of responsibility
  • Apply all relevant policies, guidelines and regulations to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and quality measures
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide a point of contact for time critical, complex or regulated tasks
  • Contribute to product development to ensure a superior offering in response to changing client needs and market trends
  • Evaluate operational, regulatory and other risks and escalate to line manager and functional leads as necessary; develop and implement mitigation or control solutions
  • Collaborate effectively within own team, providing support and guidance to colleagues to foster an environment of continuous improvement

Required Skills:

  • Relevant experience in one or more technical areas, with reconciliations experience an added advantage
  • Product and system knowledge in the product line
  • Basic analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and local language
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix organizations
  • Team worker able to work in virtual global teams and matrix organization
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain broad understanding of the GBS offering
