**Job Overview**

As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing retail sales activities, including primary and secondary sales, distributor handling, and dealer management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
  • Identifying new opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines.
  • Ensuring effective distribution of products through various channels (primary, secondary, etc.).
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 1-6 years of experience in Retail Sales or a related field. A strong understanding of Channel Sales, Distributor Handling, Dealer Management, and Dealer Network concepts is essential.

Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners are required.
