Program Management Opportunity

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our BRM team in Books.

Job Responsibilities
  • Carry out program responsibilities according to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Manage and communicate key metrics, including reporting of intake volume, backlog, and team outputs.
  • Guide the team in analyzing customer-related data and drawing conclusions for improvement initiatives.
  • Establish SOPs, process controls, and ensure alignment with risk and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, and SQL experience.
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
