Job Title: Cloud Hosting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Hosting Expert to join our managed hosting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clients' systems hosted on our cloud hosting platform.

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional support and solutions to our clients. As a Cloud Hosting Expert, you will play a critical role in delivering optimized performance and security for our clients' systems through your expertise in cloud hosting management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain cloud-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.
  • Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and security.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator in a managed hosting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Familiarity with web hosting control panels is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) is a plus.
