Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have scaled high-impact paid campaigns before, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be sharp on platform trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
  • Run A/B tests to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Align campaign strategy with business-wide goals through close collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform trends, tools, and paid media best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in scaling high-impact paid campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset; hands-on with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Clear communicator with strong reporting skills.
  • Available for part-time hours or based in California.
