Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT demand management process
  • Steer and support the execution of the process
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable IT requests
  • Evaluate feasibility, cost, and potential risks associated with IT requests
  • Prioritize requests based on business criticality, alignment with IT strategy, and resource availability
  • Communicate request status and decisions to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing IT demand management processes
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and SaaS solutions
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is a plus
