Job Title:

Senior Executive Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Executive Engineer to assume responsibility for planning and executing preventive maintenance of Process equipment, ensuring adherence to cGMP and GDP regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Planning: Plan and execute preventive maintenance of Process equipment, including vial filling, vial washing, Tunnel, isolators.
  • Checklist Management: Enter checklists online for carrying out preventive maintenance as per SOPs.
  • Breakdown Maintenance: Attend breakdown maintenance in compliance with cGMP regulations for process equipment.
  • Compliance and Safety: Follow good manufacturing practices (cGMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and safety protocols while performing all activities.
  • Collaboration: Maintain good coordination with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Inventory Management: Manage spares for all process equipment.
  • Facilities Operations: Operate and maintain HVAC systems.
  • Environmental Monitoring: Ensure clean room parameters are maintained and troubleshoot any issues.
  • HVAC Requalification: Operate HVAC requalification.
  • Incident Reporting: Communicate relevant EHS issues to concerned personnel.
  • Purchase Requests: Plan and prepare purchase requests with spare and work details as per format.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for AMC-covered equipment.
  • Documentation: Document preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
  • Project Execution: Execute running projects, new projects/plant extension works.
  • Equipment Qualification: Prepare equipment qualification documents.
