Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Network Support professional to lead our team and ensure the optimal performance of our Production environment.

This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues, as well as the ability to analyze the impact of changes and propose proactive measures to improve turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure 7x24 availability of the Production environment and lead the Operations team.
  • Utilize expertise in Cisco ACI technology, Software-Defined Networking solutions, and other relevant technologies to resolve complex network setups and routing issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office and Engineering team to understand product and project requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process change suggestions to management.
  • Oversee capacity management, audit, risk control self-assessment, and performance reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Cisco ACI technology and other Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco APIC SDN Controller architecture.
  • Understanding of APCI and fabric upgrades, switch policies, application network identifier (APN), endpoint group (EPG) configuration, BGP, OSPF, VDC, vPC, VXLAN, equal-cost multipath (ECMP), and Fabric Path.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and delivery models.
  • ITIL Foundation V3 certification.
  • CCIE – Data Center certification preferred.
