ZTNA Network Architect – IT & OT

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced
ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) Network Architect
to design and implement secure, resilient network solutions across
IT and OT environments
. This role will ensure seamless, compliant, and secure access to critical infrastructure, bridging enterprise IT and industrial systems (ICS/SCADA).

Key Responsibilities:

Design & deploy end-to-end ZTNA solutions across IT/OT environments

Implement segmentation & micro-segmentation strategies

Evaluate & manage ZTNA platforms (Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Fortinet)

Align architectures with
NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001
standards

Identify & remediate security gaps across IT/OT networks

Define secure remote access policies for staff & third parties

Integrate ZTNA with
IAM (Azure AD, Okta)
, endpoint protection (CrowdStrike, Defender), and SIEM/SOAR tools

Enable secure access to OT systems (
SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs
)

Support secure connectivity across hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud, edge)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in InfoSec, Computer Science, or Network Engineering

15+ years in
network security
, with exposure to
OT environments

Expertise in TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC, VPNs, firewalls, SD-WAN

Proven hands-on experience with
ZTNA & Zero Trust models

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with
NIST SP 800-82, IEC 62443

Certifications: CISSP, GICSP, CCSP, CISM

Experience with ICS platforms (
SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs
)

Cloud security exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
