Manufacturing Transformation Lead

Job Summary:

  • Employ process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking to identify and deliver service improvement activities across the business.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and the Centre of Excellence to establish a continuous improvement environment, supporting manufacturing transformation through WCM practices.
  • Facilitate better value and efficiency by eliminating unnecessary complexity in business processes and identifying improved ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a standard world-class manufacturing framework across pan-India plants.
  • Work with teams to develop new support materials based on revised processes, including training, reporting, and systems enhancements.
  • Monitor project risks, foreseeing potential problems, and proactively identifying solutions.
  • Ensure business impact and project objectives are identified, reported, and managed at all times.
  • Establish coaching programs, run projects across plants, and complete post-implementation reviews.
  • Improve efficiency KPIs in manufacturing sites through lean methods, increasing throughput and operational excellence.
  • Support plant teams in benchmarking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Cascading KPIs and KRAs throughout the business, ensuring policy deployment and ongoing learning.
  • Conduct risk assessments, coach teams, and facilitate individuals to identify and implement improvements.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and interact professionally with diverse groups.
