Job Title: Senior Manager Data Analytics

As a Senior Manager of Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping how data informs business decisions. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation at scale.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A strong background in e-commerce, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the end-to-end supply planning cycle, translating demand forecasts into supply plans for inbound/outbound/returns for fulfillment and logistics teams.
  • Collaborating with demand planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure adequate capacity for fulfilling monthly plans and ensuring timely shipping and on-time deliveries.
  • Leading seasonal and promotional event planning, including inventory build-up strategies, temporary storage solutions, and manpower planning by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators, including daily attainment, capacity utilization, promise quality, etc.
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of planners and analysts, driving continuous process improvements across planning processes.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology to translate business problems into structured analytical projects.
  • Building and maintaining scalable data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making at all levels.
  • Driving forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for key operational metrics across fulfillment centers, last-mile logistics, and supply chain.
  • Developing and implementing advanced analytical techniques (forecasting, clustering, regression, predictive modeling) to anticipate trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Championing automation and self-service tools to empower teams and reduce manual reporting.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in e-commerce, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional analytics projects that drive measurable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and modern data analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong statistical foundation and experience with forecasting, predictive modeling, regression, clustering, classification techniques.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R (preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong leadership qualities: ability to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams.
