Job Title: Senior Manager/Manager – CDP StrategyAt the intersection of healthcare and technology, we are seeking a visionary leader to drive our Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy. As a Senior Manager/Manager – CDP Strategy, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our business by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering data-driven customer experience programs.Key Responsibilities:• Business Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the CDP practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development initiatives.• Consulting & Solutioning: Translate business objectives into CDP use cases and measurable outcomes, lead discovery, strategy, and solution workshops with clients, and provide digital analytics guidance for assigned accounts.• Practice & People Development: Mentor cross-functional teams on CDP use cases, data strategy, and customer engagement, contribute to thought leadership, POVs, and industry events, and build alliances with CDP vendors to strengthen ecosystem partnerships.Requirements:• 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing.• Strong experience in CDP strategy, implementation, or solutioning.• Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.• Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, data privacy, and customer experience strategies.• Track record of driving revenue growth, practice building, or business development.Preferred Qualifications:• Certification of Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium AudienceStream, AI Associate.• Experience with Digital Marketing technologies such as Omni-channel Campaign Management, Digital Advertising, etc. Web tagging & web analytics.• Experience in Creating Dashboard, Insights, Reporting.• Knowledge of how-to QA Website and Media tags.• Media tagging and tracking.Benefits:As an equal opportunity employer, we offer a diverse and inclusive work environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed.
