Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled retail professional to join our team as a Store Cashier. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing and Payment Processing: Handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, processing cash, card, and digital payments.
  • Cash Handling: Maintain daily cash balances, reconcile records, and report any discrepancies promptly.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate POS systems, ensuring that all transactions comply with company policies and tax regulations.
  • Customer Support: Provide smooth checkout experiences, resolve customer queries quickly, and offer product exchanges/refunds when necessary.
  • Stock Reconciliation: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and point of sale systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
