Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our client servicing team. This individual will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing various events.

The Job:

As the face of the company, the Senior Manager will oversee the execution of events ranging from media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals, and special events.

Educational Qualification:

A Graduate or Master's degree in Event Management or MBA is required.

Work Experience:

8+ years of experience in the event/media industry are necessary.

Location:

The role is based in Mumbai and Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for internal stakeholders.

- Ensure successful project execution within timeline and budget constraints.

- Schedule resources (internal and external) as per event specifications.

- Maintain quality control of external and internal resources.

- Prepare project checklists and timelines to facilitate smooth event execution.

- Oversee budgeting with the production manager.

- Manage key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation.

- Collaborate with the creative team on ideation and developing ideas per client requirements.

- Ability to manage small to medium-sized events independently and direct a team.
