We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who takes complete ownership of clients and is passionate about scaling brands across platforms.

As our specialist, you will drive campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms to achieve client Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), grow their brands, retain them with excellent service, and guide them with timely reporting and insights.

This is a remote role with competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Taking full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
  • Communicating directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborating with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Action (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV)).

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills — you can explain data and strategy clearly.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • A high-ownership mindset — you take initiative and ensure results.
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
