Matrixx Analyst Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Matrixx Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our Matrixx system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in Matrixx, including IN/Billing system configuration and setup.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business models and operational requirements, and provide L2 support in resolving technical issues related to production systems.
  • Manage operations teams and work closely with onshore/offshore teams to identify and address any gaps or potential risks.
  • Debug issues and identify root causes to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Participate in user clarification sessions and help roll out new features on Billing systems.
  • Take ownership of quality assurance for new features assigned to you, reporting, managing, and tracking requirements and functional changes.
  • Gain experience in MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration, MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing, and channel server, publishing server network integration architecture.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Deep expertise in Matrixx and IN/Billing system configuration.
  • Strong understanding of client requirements and business models.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration, MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing, and channel server, publishing server network integration architecture.
