Advanced Matrix Developer

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of developing and supporting Matrixx, IN/Billing system, with experience in comprehending client requirements and business models.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain Matrixx, IN/Billing system infrastructure.
- Understand client needs and develop business solutions.
- Oversee operational teams and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to bridge gaps and identify potential risks.
- Analyze and resolve issues, identifying root causes.
- Participate in user clarification sessions for new features on Billing systems.
- Ensure quality assurance for assigned features.
- Track and report requirements and functional changes.
- Expertise in MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration (new products/Bundles/offers/Balances … etc.)
- Experience with MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing
- Proficiency in managing MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture
