Matrix Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Matrix Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the Matrixx system with deep expertise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support the Matrixx system with deep knowledge of its architecture and operation.
  • Manage operations teams and liaise with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements.
  • Debug issues and find root causes, applying analytical skills to resolve complex problems.
  • Participate in user clarification sessions and new feature rollouts, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Ensure quality assurance for new features and manage requirements and functional changes, maintaining high standards of performance.
Required Skills
  • Experience with MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration is essential.
  • Knowledge of MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing is necessary for success.
  • Experience with managing MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture is highly valued.
