As a talented data analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation of high-quality customer insight analyses for management.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include collaborating with specialists to maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including HQ, Regions, and Key affiliates. You will ensure and support the preparation of high-quality data output, build salary ranges for all supported Regions, and provide recommendations on salary ranges and range penetration.

You will drive the operations part of the annual compensation review, ensuring system readiness with accurate information. You will participate in the Job Architecture exercise, evaluating jobs and ensuring accurate levelling.

Additionally, you will participate in Compensation and Benefits surveys, provide operational support for Long Term incentives, and establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Pharma, Computational Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a relevant natural science, with an emphasis on Statistics.

They will have 2-3 years of relevant work experience, fluency in written and spoken English, and a postgraduate degree.

Experience working with global teams, experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with patient-level analytics, is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills are essential for ongoing collaboration with senior analysts and specialists for HQ, Regions, and affiliates.
