We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Architectural Intern to join our team. As an Architectural Intern, you will support the architectural team in various tasks including conceptual design, site analysis, building code compliance, construction documentation, and project management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceptual Design: Assist in creating innovative design proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site analyses to identify potential design opportunities and challenges.
  • Building Code Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Construction Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed construction documents.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project team members to develop and implement project plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Architecture and Architectural Design: Strong understanding of architectural principles, theories, and practices.
  • Solution Architecture and Integration: Experience with solution architecture and integration is highly desirable.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
