Job Description

As a seasoned Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our organization's IAM strategy, providing expert guidance to both internal and external stakeholders. Your technical expertise will enable us to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM concepts, architecture, and business use cases, with experience in solution design, implementation, and ongoing support. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IAM strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and business objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing IAM solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Providing thought leadership on IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IAM projects.
  • Designing and implementing IAM architectures that ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on IAM.
  • Proven track record in IAM solution design, implementation, and support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.

  • Experience in cloud-based IAM models and zero-trust architectures.
  • Background in consulting firms or global service delivery models.
  • Familiarity with IAM governance, policy frameworks, and risk-based access models.
