Job Description

  • You will play a pivotal role in navigating customers through our products' experiences, ensuring a seamless journey.
  • Obsessed with Customer Success throughout the engagement process, from onboarding to product experience.
  • As a strong pillar, you will build and train sales organizations, possessing excellent storytelling skills to drive sales growth.
  • Deep understanding of emerging ecosystems, including SOC services partners, CSPs, MSSPs, and their roles in cybersecurity.
  • Leveraging channel partners by upscaling and training them for customer engagement is integral to this role.
  • Regularly update internal sales staff on new products and technologies.
  • Work closely with Regional/Global Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to stay informed about the latest product know-how.
  • Confidently deliver engaging technical demonstrations highlighting our products' advantages and benefits.
  • Empower partners and channels to propose, position, and convince customers with our solutions.
  • Present complex technical issues and solutions to various organizational levels in a meaningful manner.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to design solutions that address customer needs.
  • Develop close relationships to influence customer technical strategies.
  • Deliver training to customers and prospects about our solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical support personnel to ensure ongoing quality of support and customer health.
  • Contribute to departmental best practices, strategies, methodologies, and documentation for increased efficiencies.
  • Engage in continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge and participate in relevant communities.
  • Sales engineers actively participate in webinars, workshops, and industry events as speakers or panelists.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Rich experience in delivering high-quality presales support and solutions.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of SOC operations, security analytics capabilities, cloud architecture, cloud-native application security, SASE, CASB, and Zero Trust models.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, AWS services.
  • Exposure to security software solutions like Firewalls, Content Security, Intrusion Prevention, Encryption, Data Leakage, Data Protection, and Monitoring Security.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • A strong interest in all aspects of cybersecurity and a passion for customer security.
  • Excellent understanding of public cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
